The book might be a little offputting to some who only read the blurb on the back of the book. A giant octopus? But I promise, if you read it you will fall in love with Marcellus, the giant Pacific Octopus. There was so much more to it, though, than just the escapades of the octopus -- it was about life, friendship and lonlinesss. The whole book was magical. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry at the end of the book! I definitely recommend it to everyone.
